When you slice up an army of robots like butter in less than ten seconds and then get a dialogue like 'That was tough, we better get back to the camp and resupply', then there is a disconnect in what the game wants me to feel and what I really feel. As a result I could never get into the game, never feel for the characters. After I saw the new main menu and checked my files, I got instant mixed feelings of disbelief, severe (I don't want to say depression because that would be downplaying those who actually have it, but I was upset), and immense laughter because I've never played a game made by such a ballsy dev. It was too easy, tedious, boring, unimaginative. I don't know why I thought it was just a bluff, but I did. It cannot be stressed enough: You have to play this game blind (hence the blind folds? hurr hurr).
